Key Shareholders
The Company’s issued share capital consists of 44,731,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares"), each share having equal voting rights.
As at 20th January 2024 the following interests of shareholders in excess of 3% have been notified to the Company.

In addition, it is noted that, the Grant Family (which includes Andrew Grant's adult children and the wider Grant family), which is deemed to be a Concert Party pursuant to the City Code on Takeover and Mergers hold an additional interest in 6,896,174 Ordinary Shares such that the total holding held by the Grant Family Concert Party is 23,651,750 Ordinary Shares representing 52.86% of the issued share capital of the Company.

In accordance with the AIM Rule 26 in so far as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 37.68%. This percentage comprises the holdings of Directors and their related parties, and shares held in treasury.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of AIM securities. The company has not applied or agreed to have its securities admitted or traded to any other exchange or trading platform.
